• Fill out all required fields in the form and attach the necessary documents.
• Compress the form and documents into a ZIP or RAR file.
• Enter your name and email address, and upload the compressed file using the form.

• Introduction/profile of the association
• Board approval for membership + (personal photo, ID, passport, CV)
